Chelsea Wins The 2016/2017 Premier League Title

Chelsea FC today 12th of May won their fifth premier league of the season. The winning goal was scored by Michy Batshuayi against West Brom,  which was his second premier league of the season. It has been a tremendous season for the blues. Antonio Conte came this season to turn Chelsea FC around. Massive congratulations to the champions.
