Delta State yesterday 5th crowned the youngest King in Nigeria, Obi Akaeze Edward Ofulue 3rd of Ubulu Uku Kingdom Delta. The 15 year old monarch was presented his staff of office by the Delta State government yesterday. Many congratulations to him and his Kingdom
